    \r\n \u201cToho Acetylene Co., Ltd\u201d is established in Sakata, Yamagata. \r\nInitial capital is 3 million yen.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 1957\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n December\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Koriyama Plant is established in Koriyama-shi, Fukushima (Currently, Koriyama Sales Office).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 1958\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n November\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Head office relocated from Sakata-shi, Yamagata to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 1959\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n April\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Sendai plant is established in Tagajo-shi, Miyagi (Currently, Sendai Branch).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 1961\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n September\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Our Company is listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
    (Delisted in October 1963 due to merger, re-listed in January 1964).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

    \r\n Niigata Office is established in Kurosaki-machi, Nishikanbara-gun (Currently, Niigata-shi),
    Niigata (Currently, Niigata Sales Office).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

    \r\n Akita Plant is established in Akit-shi, Akita (Currently, Akita and Sakata Sales Offices).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

    \r\n Sakata Suiso Plant is established and hydrogen production has begins (Currently, Toho Sakata Suiso Co., Ltd.).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 1991\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n October\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Renewal of liquefied oxygen, nitrogen,
    \r\nand argon production facilities at Sendai Plant (Unit 3) (Currently, Tagajo Plant).\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 2000\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n June\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Kitanihon Acetylene Co., Ltd. is established in Hachinohe-shi, Aomori.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n October\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Sendai Plant (Currently, Tagajo Plant) has received certificate ISO 9001.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 2001\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n January\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Hachinohe Office relocated to Kita Inter Industrial Park, Hachinohe-shi.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

    \r\n Sales Headquarters relocated to Aoba-ku, Sendai-shi, Miyagi.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

    \r\n New building constructed in Tagajo-shi, Miyagi,
    and head office functions (Administration and sales headquarters) moved to the new building.
    \r\nHead office relocated to 2-16-13 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n \r\n 2014\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/span>\r\n \r\n June\r\n <\/span>\r\n

    \r\n Head office relocated to 2-3-32 Sakae, Tagajo, Miyagi (Relocation to newly registered location)\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n

    \r\n Listing changed to the Prime Market in accordance with the reorganization of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/li>\r\n
