President’s Message

As always, we would like to thank you for your continued support.

Toho Acetylene was established in 1955 to manufacture and sell essential dissolved acetylene gas for core industries. Since then, we worked towards expanding our business by supplying various high-pressure gases and related equipment to multiple industries.
In April 2022, we moved from the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to the new market classification known as the “Prime Market.” While there was some partial non-compliance with the “Prime Market” criteria, we will address these as part of the new Medium-Term Management Plan initiated in FY2022 and further enhance our corporate value.
We will continue to show the “To-Ace Spirit” that has been with us since our foundation, implementing various business foundation-strengthening measures while promoting sustainability management and striving to become a company that is needed by society and trusted by all people, including to fulfill our responsibilities to various stakeholders.
